To reserve the Oklahoma Green Schools Toolkit, please complete all information below and submit. The kits will be first come, first served, so there may be some lag time in delivery. Kits may be checked out for a 30-day period, but if there is no waiting list, the time may be extended for another month. There is a $25 refundable deposit required to checkout a toolkit.
